How do I download Zehn?
Zehn is available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Search for "Zehn Micro Learning" or use the download links on our home page.
What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes 5 books per month and 3 Ask AI questions per day. You can upgrade to Pro at any time to unlock unlimited access.
What does Zehn Pro include?
Zehn Pro gives you unlimited books, unlimited Ask AI, offline listening, and full access to our library of 5,000+ audio book summaries.
Monthly plan: $9.99/month
Annual plan: $59.99/year (save ~50%)
Free trial: 7 days free for new subscribers — payment begins after the trial ends. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Zehn → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
Android: Open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Zehn → Cancel.

How do I request a refund?
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are refunded by Apple, not by us. To request a refund:
iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Zehn charge, and tap "Request a Refund."
Android: Open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Zehn → tap "Refund."

Can I listen offline?
Yes! Pro subscribers can download books for offline listening. Tap the download icon on any book to save it to your device.
What languages does Zehn support?
Zehn is currently available in English, Arabic, Russian, and Tajik. More languages are on the way.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the Zehn app → go to Settings → tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used to make the original purchase.
How do I report or flag content in the Book Club?
Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) next to any post, comment, or user profile and select "Report." Choose a reason (spam, harassment, inappropriate content, etc.) and submit. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours and will remove offending content and take action against the user responsible.
How do I block a user in the Book Club?
Tap the user's profile or the three-dot menu (⋯) on their content and select "Block User." Blocking immediately removes their content from your feed and prevents them from interacting with you. We are also automatically notified so we can review the account.
I'm having trouble with audio playback. What should I do?
Try the troubleshooting steps in the section below. If the issue persists, email us at contact@safarigrp.com with your device model and iOS/Android version.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion at any time by visiting our account deletion page. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Troubleshooting
If you're experiencing issues with the app, try these steps first:
- Make sure your app is up to date. Visit the App Store or Google Play and install any available update.
- Close the app completely and reopen it. On iOS, swipe up from the app switcher; on Android, use the recent apps button.
- Check your internet connection. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the issue is network-related.
- Restart your device. A simple restart resolves many temporary issues.
- Uninstall and reinstall Zehn. Your account and progress are saved to the cloud and will be restored when you log back in.
- If none of the above help, contact us and we'll investigate for you.
